Our role is often at the interface between public and private sector, establishing, evolving and implementing development and delivery strategies for major procurements, joint ventures, regeneration collaborations and landowner agreements.

We work with Clients to identify innovative and pragmatic solutions from the very outset, testing and confirming direction of travel, assisting in business planning and risk evaluation before substantial cost and resource commitments are needed.  At implementation and delivery stages we help Clients assemble expert teams, and organise consultant and stakeholder relationships to manage risks and maintain project momentum.
